Refunds:
bought files can not be refunded, by buying from us you accept to this, if there is an issue with the file we will add a credit to your profile but files cannot be refunded !
if there is an issue with the car ( maintenance, mileage, age ) we will not refund the file or give credit, it is you the installer with the responsibility to make sure the car is fit for remapping and is maintained correctly
